Morley Deluxe Phaser

The Morley Deluxe Phaser is an optical phaser pedal that uses a light-dependent resistor (LDR) circuit to sweep the filter, avoiding the mechanical wear of a traditional potentiometer. Its Speed control sets the rate of the sweeping phase shift, from slow, subtle undulations to fast, wobbly cycles. The Depth control adjusts the intensity of the sweep, determining how pronounced the phasing effect is in the signal. A manual control, often labeled as "Resonance" or "Feedback," adjusts the amount of regeneration, which emphasizes the notches in the frequency response, making the effect more pronounced and metallic. The pedal features a true bypass switch that preserves the dry signal when disengaged, and it operates on a standard 9V power supply.
