The DOD 565-B Stereo Chorus Vibrato combines chorus and vibrato effects in a single pedal, selectable via a mode switch. In chorus mode, the effect blends a modulated, pitch-shifted signal with the dry signal, creating a thickening, shimmering texture. Switching to vibrato mode removes the dry signal entirely, so the output is fully modulated, producing a warbling pitch shift. The Rate control sets the speed of the modulation, from slow, sweeping undulations to fast, seasick wobbles. Depth adjusts the intensity of the pitch modulation, determining how far the pitch deviates from the original. The pedal features stereo outputs, allowing the modulated signal to be split across two amplifiers for a wide, spacious effect, while a single output can be used for mono operation. An LED indicates when the effect is engaged, and the pedal is powered by a standard 9-volt DC adapter.
