Pearl Analog Delay AD-33

Pearl Analog Delay AD-33

The Pearl AD-33 Analog Delay pedal uses a bucket-brigade delay chip to produce its echo effect, with the Delay Time control determining the spacing between the original signal and its repeats. The Feedback knob adjusts how many times the delayed signal recirculates, allowing repeats to either decay quickly or build into a sustained, self-oscillating wash. A dedicated Mix control blends the dry guitar signal with the delayed effect, letting the user set the balance from subtle to pronounced. The pedal operates in mono, with a single input and output, and is powered by a standard 9V DC connection. Its analog circuitry imparts a natural, warm coloration to the repeats, which become increasingly darker and more compressed as the delay time increases, a characteristic of the bucket-brigade design.
