Maxon Parametric EQ PQ401

The Maxon PQ401 Parametric EQ is a pedal-format equalizer that provides three overlapping parametric bands, each with its own frequency, bandwidth, and level controls. The frequency knobs sweep the center point of each band across the audio spectrum, while the bandwidth controls widen or narrow the range of frequencies affected around that center. The level controls boost or cut the selected band by up to 15 dB, allowing precise sculpting of the tone. A master volume knob sets the overall output level, and a bypass switch routes the signal either through the EQ circuit or straight to the output. The pedal operates on a standard 9-volt DC power supply and features input and output jacks for mono signal connection.
