This uncommon Casio SK-8 is bent all to hell and has a breakout box mounted to the side of the keyboard to house some of the controls for the bends on the unit. The modifications include 4 switchable bends, a rhythm pitch control (tweakable by either the knob or by the two body contacts), a master power switch (a panic switch, if you will) and a weird multi-color glowing power LED. It's fun, glitchy and noisy! Bent by the mad scientists at Audible Disease. Powered by a 9-volt DC positive tip (center) standard power adapter. Also works with a bunch of batteries.
